Jerry's Photos Latest News: I’ve been to the Renaissance Pleasure
Faire seven times so far. It’s going on for another weekend and I’ve
got a Season Pass, so I’ll be there two times more (but I may be doing video instead
of still pictures). So far, I’ve added the pictures for my April 7, April 15, April 21 and April 22 visits to those from
Anime
Conji 2012, ConDor 2012, and Anime LA 2012. I updated this top page to make it slightly
easier to find the most recent pictures. I also added an explanation on how
to download pictures from this site. (See the Link immediately below.) Note: I am only an amateur photographer,
who does this as a hobby. So I cannot send copies of my pictures, via CD,
DVD, or E-mail, to anyone. So please do not ask me. Instead, use the download
instructions above. See the bottom of this page for permission to
download my pictures and for information on asking me to delete any
unflattering pictures I may have taken. I have over 235,000 pictures on this

Deleting Pictures: I post so many
pictures that I probably miss quite a few bad ones. If you see an
unflattering photo of you, or you would like me to remove one of your photos
for any reason, please contact me at the E-mail link below. But before you
do, you might want to download a copy of the picture for your own use, since
you might be able to edit it in a Photo Editor. Additional Notes: I’m putting up all the pictures I took,
instead of filtering out the ones that appear to be duplicates. That way, you
can pick the best ones yourself. This may mean there are some bad ones in
there, so ignore them, please. The pictures are mostly organized by year and
Convention. I also try to organize them by day, time-of-day and/or event
within the convention, if appropriate. I am including a little about the
event in the titles in the thumbnails now too. So if you know what time you
were there, or what event you were at, it may now be easier to find pictures
I took of you. I also increased the size of the main pictures to 1024 pixels. Due to the way Jalbum, the program I use to
generate the pictures works, I am putting up my pictures in individual
Conventions now. This means there will no longer be a “Year” page starting in
2010, and any older Conventions I add to previous years will no longer be
listed in the “Year” pages. But this front page will still show all the
Conventions I attended and will link to the pictures for those Conventions,
the same as they do now. I need to do this because in order to generate a
“Year” page, Jalbum needed to regenerate all the HTML Pages for the whole
year every time I added a new convention. It was taking me hours to generate
the new “Year” page, and a day over a fast Broadband connection just to
upload all the changed files, even if I only added one Convention. So from
now on, I will be posting the Conventions separately, which means I don’t
have to spend as much time creating and uploading the changes when I add new Conventions.
But you may not really notice any difference. |
